People start their search for a home with different needs, experiences, expectations and timelines. We’ll use our first meeting to get to know one another, talk about what you are thinking and come up with next steps that make the most sense for where you are, whether you are only just kinda-sorta thinking about maybe buying something at some point and want to talk about neighborhoods, or if you want to write an offer tonight and need to dive into the nuances of a mortgage contingency.

Prepare
Once you find a home that you are seriously considering, I’ll kick off my pre-offer preparation process. I’ll prepare a report that analyzes market conditions and the value of the property. I’ll go over all of the paperwork with you. I’ll pull the deed, check the public record and find out how old the roof is or if the washing machine is staying. I'll dot i’s, cross t’s, and get all of the ducks in a row so that you have what you need to make an informed decision.
Offer
With the wind of due-diligence at your back, we’ll get into the nitty gritty once you have decided to make an offer. We’ll talk about the purchase price, deposits, deadlines, and contingencies. We’ll strategize about what to offer, what not to offer and how to offer it. We’ll go over all of the different scenarios and make sure your questions are answered so you can put your best foot forward.
Close
Getting your offer accepted isn’t an insignificant achievement, but there will still be a few more to-do’s before you can get to the closing table. I’ll make sure that you know what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and who needs to do it.
