Never salesy, Matt takes a pressure-free approach, gently guiding clients through every step to create a smooth, stress-free experience. Passionate about his role as an advocate, he’s helped buyers, sellers, investors, developers, renters, and landlords alike, building an impressive network of attorneys, lenders, inspectors, stagers, and contractors along the way. Based in the Cambridge/Somerville market, Matt also has experience in Boston, the neighboring towns of Watertown, Arlington, and Medford, and further north and west of the city. He and his wife, Molly, made the move to the 'burbs themselves a few years back, purchasing a weird, old house in Reading where their weekends are spent walking the woods, hitting the playgrounds, and building Lego empires with their son, Miles.
